The Hopp Ground Garden Club of Bedford has generously invited members of the Chappaqua Garden Club to join them for a special visit to Frances Palmer’s studio and garden in Weston, Connecticut.

Frances Palmer is a well-known potter, gardener, and author whose beautiful six-acre Connecticut garden is an important part of her creative work. She grows thousands of cut flowers each year, which inspire the handmade vessels she creates in her studio overlooking the garden.  This is a wonderful opportunity to visit Frances in the place where her love of gardening, flowers, and pottery all come together.

Frances also has a new book, Life with Flowers: Inspiration and Lessons from the Garden. Copies will be available for $35 and can be signed by Frances during the visit.

There is no charge for this event.  However, only RSVP if it is certain you will be able to attend on Tuesday, September 15th.
