On Monday, November 18 at 10:00 at Muscoot Farm, we will be launching the District's committee for the flower show of April 17-19, 2020 at Lasdon Park.

You might wish to volunteer in a big way or a small way - there is a way for you to participate! If you are new to your garden club, come and meet those who have great experience in the elements of award-worthy design. You will also definitely learn a lot about organizing an event, and please know that your ideas will be heartily welcomed!

Join me and our student judges for some coffee/tea and pastries in the farmhouse (not the barn), and let's begin to share and learn about what a Design Specialty Flower Show looks like (it's a new type of flower show offered by the National Garden Clubs, so we are doubly excited about doing it!).

For those who are in the southern part of the county, we truly appreciate the extra effort you make when you travel up into the hinterlands. You will be greeted with a hot cup of tea/coffee and, and we will be glad of any help you can offer.

If anyone is not sure and does not want to commit, that's okay! Just come and see what it's all about.
